  15.           _X_l_s_a_t_o_m_s lists the interned atoms.  By default, all atoms
  16.           starting from 1 (the lowest atom value defined by the
  17.           protocol) are listed until unknown atom is found.  If an
  18.           explicit range is given, _x_l_s_a_t_o_m_s will try all atoms in the
  19.           range, regardless of whether or not any are undefined.
